Judith P. Hehir is a native San Franciscan who has spent her career representing generations of Bay Area families in all aspects of their estate planning and administration needs.
She established her law firm in 1986 focusing her practice on Estate Planning and Probate and Trust Administration. She enjoyed many years working with her late father L. Thomas Hehir, Jr. also a San Francisco attorney. Judith began her legal career working for a small law firm in San Rafael practicing civil litigation. She also worked in the financial industry as a Vice President and valued member of the San Francisco team at Morgan Stanley.
Judith serves on the Executive Committee for the Trusts and Estates section of the California Lawyers Association (TEXCOM).
She has given presentations on estate planning to individuals, attorneys and professional groups, and conducted a seminar on charitable giving at National University of Ireland at Galway.
Judith has dedicated her time to numerous nonprofit boards in her community.
Judith was awarded a J.D. from University of San Francisco School of Law in 1984, and was admitted to the California State Bar the same year. She received a Bachelor of Science from University of California, Davis in 1981. She graduated from St. Rose Academy in San Francisco.
Judith raised her two children in Marin County and when she is not working, she enjoys spending time at her mountain cabin.
